Last Updated: November 4, 2025

Sweep Games is a registered trading name of Sweep E-Games Ltd, henceforth referred to as **Sweep Games**.

For questions or complaints, please contact Sweep Games’ help desk or email to info@sweepgames.net.

Account and Membership Rules

Anyone who has registered an account on Sweep Games is henceforth referred to as a **member** or **user**. A member is a physical person.

Members are not allowed to create **multiple accounts** with multiple email addresses. Only **one account registration** is possible per email address and per person.

Registering an account on Sweep Games and playing a game on Sweep implies **acceptance of the rules and conditions**.

Sweep has the right to request a player’s **valid ID** in order to verify the age of that player at any time. This ID must be presented within **10 days**.

Account registration on and usage of Sweep Games for **commercial or business purposes is strictly prohibited**, unless Sweep explicitly expresses prior written permission.

Game Participation and Structure

A member can be both a **participant** in a game, and an **organiser** of a game; an organiser is also referred to as a **Sweep Manager**. A game refers to a group of members competing together in the same game on Sweep. On Sweep, games are offered which relate to real-life sporting events.

To participate in a game, a player can register themselves to:

  • A **public game** organised by Sweep or a player.
  • A **private game** organised by a player. Private games are locked, and a passcode will be required to join.

It is possible for a player to join **multiple Sweep games** concerning the same event.

The rules for each game are available and should be referred to in the specific **Sweep games lobby**. If the relevant information isn’t in the lobby, please check the “Sweep Games Rules” section.

Organising a game or participating in a game on Sweep is only allowed once players have provided **all relevant information** requested by Sweep.

Breach, Disputes, and Liability

Sweep reserves the right to **disqualify users** upon breach of these Terms or the Game Rules, and will provide a reason to the user upon request, except where restricted by law (e.g., fraud prevention).

Sweep is allowed to **refuse or disqualify a player** if that player breaks any of terms & conditions, provides incomplete or incorrect information, or in any way violates the rules and regulations. There can be **no objections** about the rules of the games, scores or results on Sweep.

In the event of any **disputes** concerning the games, contests or leagues on Sweep, Sweep will make a reasoned decision and act as the **absolute authority**. Sweep’s decision is final at the administrative level, but users may seek Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

For information on online dispute resolution for consumers, please refer to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Communications

After registering, players can begin receiving a regular **newsletter** from Sweep, if the user has **opted in** during registration or at any other stage. At the foot of each newsletter there will be the opportunity for players to **unsubscribe** from them.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

**Irish and UK law** is applicable for every game on Sweepgames.net. However, if you are a consumer habitually residing in an EU Member State, this choice of law will not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that Member State.

Any disputes concerning these games will be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction at a location decided by Sweep. Notwithstanding this, as a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings against Sweep Games in the courts of the **EU Member State where you are domiciled**.

Changes to Terms and Cancellation

Sweep reserves the right to **change the term and conditions or rules** of any game, at any time. For **material changes** to the T&Cs, users will be given at least **30 days’ prior notice**, and they will have the right to cancel their account before the new terms take effect.

If circumstances warrant, Sweep is entitled to entirely or partially **cancel a game** without any prior notice. Reasons for the cancellation of games will be provided to the users who had registered for the cancelled game.
