Joining and Viewing Contests
How do I join a contest?

Navigate to the Contest Lobby in the Sweep Games mobile app. You will see a list of contests accepting entries. Tap the game banner to open the Contest Detail Frame and press the Register button to join.

Where can I find contest details?

Contest details can be found by tapping the contest banner in the Contest Lobby or My Games Lobby. This opens the Contest Detail Frame containing rules, payout structure, and additional information.

How do I view all contests I entered?

Go to the My Games Lobby in the mobile application. Your contests will be categorized as Live, Upcoming, and Settled.

Can I see a history of my contests?

Yes. You can view recent contests in the My Games Lobby.
Note: Settled contests disappear from the lobby after 48 hours.

Account and Legal Information (KYC)
Can I gamble or win real money on Sweep Games?

No. Sweep Games currently does not offer gambling services. All games are free to play. Some free contests may offer promotional cash prizes, but users cannot stake their own money. We are currently applying for gambling licenses to introduce paid features in the future.

Why do you request identification (ID)?

Identification is required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. As we plan to introduce real-money contests in the future, we must verify user identity and eligibility.

Why do you collect personal information like address and birthdate?

During the KYC process we collect certain personal details in order to:

  • Protect your identity and account security.
  • Confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
  • Verify you are located in a region where contests are legally allowed.
What is the minimum age to participate?

All users must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in contests on the Sweep Games platform.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Sweep Games uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect personal data and identification documents. This information is used only for identity verification and regulatory compliance.
